I really like this picture, it reminds me of seattle. I sail, and the boats in this picture look like sailboats. The focus is on the setting sun which creates a serene spectrum of pink orange in the sky. The sand and weeds make several leading lines to the sun. The flash has illuminated the shadowy area at the bottom of the picture. It makes me feel as though I have the light of life, and i have just enjoyed an afternoon on the lake, but its time for me to go home.
Hey. I really really really like this picture. The sunset is very gorgeous and the light (I'm assuming from your flash) really makes it feel as if I'm walking down the path towards the sunset and it's really peacefull. You did a very nice job using a long shot to capture the whole surrounding. Very nice work. I like your photograph a lot.
This picture makes me feel really calm. The relaxing visual image of the boats drawn on the shores of a quiet bay or harbor instantly soothe me. It seems as if it is close to night because of the bright sunset and deep shadows. I love the vibrant colors. Nice work!
Amanda, This photograph used a long shot, which shows really well the beauty of the whole landscape. The beach and weeds created a leading lines to the sunset, which seemed to enhance its beauty. This picture seems to tell the story of someone who has just spent a beautiful day sailing on the cape, and has come in for the night, but stays around the beach to catch one last glimpse of the sun before it tucks away under the horizon. I really like the picture.
The long shot allows us to see everything on the harbor and gives us more to look at. The flat angle lets us see straight across and creates the feeling that we are walking on the beach. The clouds hint that it is sunset and casts a shadow over the beach. This shot is amazing and it makes me feel very calm!
This picture immediately creates a calm feeling in the audience. This photograph is a long shot because the focus is on the sunset and the boats on the water. The light on the path in front of you creates the feeling like you are walking down the path toward the water. I like how the light from the sunset creates silhouettes of the boats so you don't see them in alot of detail. I also like how you captured all of the different colors in the clouds. This makes us feel calm and happy.
